We have been to the OBX many times but have never traveled the entire coastline. So, one of the bucket list items was to travel to the farthest point of Ocracoke. We figured it would be extra fun to capture family pictures in front of every lighthouse along the way. In the last post, we scored pictures in front of the Currituck Lighthouse, so next up was Bodie Island Light Station.
The start of the day was a bit gloomy,
which is why we took the long road trip.
We strolled around the grounds to capture a variety of angles.
Loved the black & white stripes!
And Gavin gave it the perfect splash of color that it needed!
Bodie {pronounced Body} was beautiful!
the clouds rolled out and brought the sunshine in!
