Welcome 2012

Every New Years Eve, we find ourselves at the Please Touch Museum for the Kiddie Countdown to Noon. This year was a nice little change. Since we were home for the holidays, our new adventures led us to Strawberry Square for the New Years' Kiddie gatherings. We were super thrilled to see Three Billy Goats Gruff, followed by a traditional balloon drop at noon!

Strawberry Square is so cute, quaint, and brings back memories when I was a little gal!

We were so excited to head over to the performance theater!

We grabbed some silly photos while waiting for the curtains to rise!

We had all the appropriate party essentials!

So, why not wear it all?

Before we knew it, the show was about to begin...

We were too busy enjoying the show, that I didn't take too many pics other than the cutest reactions on my boys face! It was that good!

The grand countdown finale led us right into the balloon drop!
And, we celebrated...

Kissed those sweet little cheeks!

And topped it off with a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Later that night, the festivities continued...
We partied some more!! If 2012 is anything like 2011, then bring it because it was such a rockin' good year!

May 2012 bring you and yours- love, adventure and a whole lot of happiness! Welcome 2012!

Home for the Holidays

After a wonderful Christmas celebration, we headed home for the holidays to continue the Christmas spirit with my family! Grandparents, aunties, uncles and cousins always make it that much more special!

Presents galore...especially when there's a whole lot of spoiling going around!

There is nothing quite like being home for the holidays.
All cozy and surrounded by family!

Merry Christmas!

'O' Merry Christmas

After spending Christmas morning with my boys, we headed into the city to enjoy the evening with the rest of the Orapallo clan!

Gavin adores his 'Bob' and MomMom!

And it's always nice getting the cousins together!

It's nice to sit back and watch the littles soak it all up!

Of course, there is always a little extra spoiling!

There is nothing quite like spending Christmas with those you love!

Merry Christmas!!

Stay tuned for Part 3 at Nini and Pap's!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas from the Orapallo's!

With the holiday rush of visiting family and friends, it is pure joy taking the entire Christmas morning to ourselves. Just the three of us, cozied and in pajama's!

There is just something so peaceful waking up to the scene of Christmas morning!!

And seeing Gavin's face light up at all the presents under the Christmas tree, still half sleepy-eyed! Those smiles so priceless...

Even the fun little trinkets in the stocking make him so happy!

We go at his pace. And, luckily, it's enjoying one present at a time!

While Gavin enjoys his presents from Santa, we prep for an early breakfast- Egyptian wink-eyes, pancakes topped with bananas and strawberries, and some hot cocoa smothered with marshmallows!

Then, get all dolled up in our most festive holiday duds for the rest of the festivities to continue with the grandparents, aunties, uncles, and cousins!

Merry Christmas, Part 1!
