New Blog: Sneak Peek

For all of my blog fans: family and friends...I have created a whole new *HOBBY* blog! Why? Well, because I love love LOVE party planning, blogging and doing fun, festive little crafts.

So, I thought it would be fun to create a 'hobby blog' with posts of all my previous creations, as well as crediting all those fabulous websites I came across while searching the net for some fabulous finds! Not only is it a way to document (for myself) all the things I enjoy doing, but will also give my readers some creative ideas, websites, and blogs to read as well.

Although I have tons of new posts coming soon on my newest blog, no worries! This family blog is #1 and I promise not to get behind! So, stay tuned!

But for now, here's a little sneak peek of my brand new blog, up and coming...Oh, and before I forget...the word 'posh' is significant to Michael and I. More like an inside joke, but if you need to know, you'll have to ask me one day! ;)

A Typical Boy

Dinosaur bed sheets, Tonka truck pajama's,
and a bear named 'Cheese'...that's one typical little boy!

Our Latest Funny: Gavin sleeps with his teddy bear named 'Cheese', and usually sleeps in until 8:00 or later, depending on a school morning. Well, the other morning Gavin wakes up at 7:00, and when I went into his room to get him, this was how our convo started:

Me: 'Gavin, what happened? You're awake so early today?'

Gavin: 'Well, Mommy, 'Cheese' can't sleep...his eyes won't close.'

(My thoughts to self: Um, too bad Cheese don't have closing eyes...perhaps I'll be sure to put tape over them from now on!)

Speaking of bedtime, stay tuned for a
full view of his big boy room makeover!

Lucky in L ♥ V E

HaPpY VaLeNtINeS DaY

I absolutely love this sweet holiday, but nothing is greater than celebrating it with my two greatest loves of my life!

Our family morning started off with a few special surprises,

A few love notes posted on Gavin's bedroom door and some Valentine gifts for our little love bug!

Don't forget to click the 'play' button

We always do a card exchange with words that say it all, but once again a little extra spoiling to go along with it. Michael treated me to a Hot Stone massage and foot massage at Hand & Stone Spa, while I surprised him with the Lego Indiana Jones 2 Wii game. After a fun family day, Michael and I enjoyed a romantic Valentine's dinner date at our all time fave Positano Coast.

I am such a lucky wife and mama to my two fave boys...they absolutely mean the world to me! I am 'LUCKY in LOVE'!

Happy Valentines Day to you and all your loves!

Rainforest Cafe

On Saturday, our family road trip for a pre-Valentines dinner celebration led us right into Atlantic City...

A little fun on the snowy boardwalk... chasing seagulls, then meeting up with MomMom and Bob (aka Grandpops)!

And a whole blast of fun at Gav's fave hotspot, Rainforest Cafe where we were able to par-tay on the wild side with the crazy jungle animals!

A friendly visit with Cha Cha himself, even daddy got a hug!

Dessert was divine...nothing beats the chocolate lava cake! YUM!

It was such a fabulous family date night, that was just about to have the perfect ending...

With his hand behind his back, Gavin handed me a single pink carnation...followed by one of his dynamite smooches! Such a little romantic as he continued surprising me for the next two days! That's my little love...so good to his mama!

Silly Lil' Luv Bug

As a pre-Valentine celebration, we took Gavin on a road trip to South Jersey for a very special surprise. BUT first up, a long road trip filled with tons of sweet smooches...

...AND...
Lots of silly faces, but the funniest thing is this...
Gavin took these photos ALL BY HIMSELF with my mini pocket cam! Yes, he turned the camera backwards, made his silliest faces and snapped the funniest pics ever! This child is too much...and we just can't get enough! Did I mention, he did all this while taking bites of his cheese and crackers (hence the crumbs).

Well, that ride was certainly entertaining to say the very least! ;) Up next, our Valentine's family date at the Rainforest Cafe with our silly lil' LUV bug!
