Sixers Playdate

Gavin really enjoyed playing basketball, so we were excited to do a little wrap-up of the season! The daddies planned to take their boys for a fun little afternoon playdate to a Sixers game! I think a father/son playdate has got to be the cutest thing ever!

To see the daddies with their boys {an extremely adorable photo} click HERE, then give it a sec {or two} to load. And how cute are these two best preschool buds! They always have so much fun together!

Let's GO Sixers!

It was the perfect day to go to the game! Everyone celebrated with this ginormous birthday cake- Happy Birthday, Hip Hop!

By the looks of it, these champs had a 'hoop-la' good time!

Thank you Nick, Jack & David for a fun day out!

Ladies Night

Girls just wanna have fun, right? So, one of my fave mama's hosted a Ladies Night Out and it was such a great time! The night started with a few martini's and chocolate covered strawberries at Amy's home, then a sushi dinner at Morimoto's!

My mama was visiting from OOT,
so it was extra special to have her with us for dinner!

The mojito's were to die for,

And the sushi hit the spot!

Or perhaps it was the dessert that was to die for?

Well, let's just say it was all so delish!

We had such a nice dinner together,

But the night was still young, so we all headed over to Dolce for some martini's...the best in Old City!

Although some of the ladies had to call it a night, my gal-pal-partner-in-crime and I opted for a late night! So we exchanged farewells, then were on our way to dance the night away at Plough & the Stars!

2:00 am came way too quickly!

{Love my 'sister-from-another-mother'!}
A very fun evening for our Ladies Night Out!

Baby Ty

On March 22, our newest nephew was born into this world...and only a few days later Michael and I could NOT wait to leave work a bit early en route to welcome this newest love bundle! He is simply presh!

We couldn't wait to squeeze this little bunny...and a very ecstatic Auntie and Uncle we are!

We took turns snuggling Baby Ty, but I must confess, I think I hogged him most of the time! {With the permission from the mama, of course}

Occasionally I would hand him over to the proud Uncle Michael!

His little features are just perfect!

A button nose, sweet little toes and how he strategically
positioned his little hands near his sweet little face!

We are so much in love with our brand new nephew,

But I can only imagine how much love is coming from his proud parents and big sister!

Congratulations to the Hubbs family on your newest little member!
We love you!

Vintage Skater

Back in the valley at Nini and Pap's, we decided to step into a pair of Vintage Skates to get our groove on..... just like old times {80's style}!

...and it was simply a friggin' blast at the local Skatery!
{where the vintage-style atmosphere screams old school BIG time!} ;)

We did a quick warm up,
especially since it was a FIRST for our little man!

All the littles were sure to get in some practice on wheels!

Then, we were ready to rock-n-rolla on the dance floor!

Our sweeties were sure to take some breaks on the sides,
{G was stoked to have cousins Rowan and Benjamin for a skate playdate}

And they watched as the mama's and daddies were gettin' down
to the rockin' beats under the striped lights, disco ball and all! ;)

Then, we skated 'romatic-style' hand-in-hand
{we even attempted backwards skate}
with our hubs when they announced final song!

It felt like old times for us country gals!

The babes had a quick lunch in the 'Skate Cafe'!

...with a few tasty favorites!

And a little pizza party to make it complete!

Before we knew it, it was time to retire these beauties...
{which after a few hours of skating, it takes some time to get adjusted to your real shoes}

The Skatery certainly brought back tons of memories
when I was a little girl!

Only to add many more sweet memories with my very own family!
{Thanks to Britt, Josh, Benjamin and the P-crew for joining us}
