Port Discovery

Something we've been wanting to do with Gavin while visiting Inner Harbor is the Children's Port Discovery Museum. It ranks 4th in the country, and hands down reminded us of our favorite Please Touch Museum in the city.

There are a bundle of fun, hands on activities inside just waiting for little ones to explore.

We wanted adventure...and we got it! All FOUR floors of it all.day.long! It's a good thing Michael and I were ready to move because G kept us climbing, crawling, jumping, and sliding for hours!

The rock climb inside the Treehouse!

Climbing, Climbing, Climbing!

Making our way across the KidWorks rope bridge on the 3-story urban Treehouse!

Building Gavin's name out of Domino's in the Oasis!
Standing inside a ginormous bubble brought back many memories in middle school science classes! And Gavin loved doing this...

A peek at just a few of the neat tidbits throughout the museum...

In the 1920's Egypt Expedition where we deciphered hieroglyphics and clues to the pharaoh's lost tomb.

We compiled a few words to sum up today's little adventure!

And, Port Discovery is a new favorite kiddie hot spot...

That will surely be marked in the 'Places to visit again soon'!
