Franklin Institute

We have always been huge fans of the Please Touch Museum but this year we were looking for something new.  Gavin is growing up so fast, so we were ready for the next 'big kid' hotspot- The Franklin Museum.  We joined as members, and let me just say- he looks so little in this place!

Getting the rocket bottle to float,

Focused on linking the batteries to charge,

Fun hands-on exhibits!

Gavin has been so interested in Outer Space lately, we knew a rocket/space birthday would be in the works...and what a better venue to have than right here in the

Dominoes are always a good time!

The sports exhibit is by far another favorite of Gavin's!

In front of the Ben Franklin statue...where some of our close family and friends will gather in just a few months to celebrate Gavin's 7th Birthday {stay tuned for that}!

Devon Horse Show

After a brunch celebrating our little man's kindergarten graduation, we spent the day at the Devon Horse Show and County Fair. This is one of our most recent annual traditions, and its always a good time.

The shows are so much fun to watch!

The competitions are fun to watch and the equestrians are so talented!

Of course the County Fair food/beverages,

Games, rides and prizes are also a good time!

Gavin always makes out like a bandit. His daddy won't pass up a game until he walks away a big winner! ;)

We even brought Mom-Mom along for some of the fun!

Photo opts during intermissions are also a must!

As much as we love the Devon Horse Show,

We're hoping to make it to the Kentucky Derby one of these years. Any reason to wear a fun spunky hat while cheering on colts, geldings and fillies is so worth a road trip to Kentucky! ;)

Kindy Grad

It felt like yesterday that Michael and I were sending our little man off to his first day of Kindergarten. And, now our boy is officially a Kindergarten Graduate. It's amazing to see all the changes throughout the years. He sure knows how to make us proud!

We gathered in the classroom where he spend most of the last 9 months with his little school pals for a cute little reward ceremony,

Hats off to Ms. McDonald,

and Mrs. Ricchuitti for all their devotion and hard work!

It was a great learning year,

and lots of bonding with best buds!

Then, we continued the graduation ceremony in the gymnasium which was filled with such sweet memories throughout the year.

The video montage brought on the happy tears, such a proud mama!

The years are flying by. Before we know it, he'll be a 2020 WMA graduate, but for now we'll soak up all the years in between!

Congrats my little sidekick! We love you, Always!
