Trout Nursery

If you know me, then chances are you know our Summer is filled with so many fun adventures! I love to plan activities that will leave great memories in our minds forever! And since we love the outdoors, a trip to the Trout Nursery was an adventure planned with the Hubbs crew and Grandparents!

This Trout Nursery was a perfect outing for
a nice stroll on a Sunday afternoon!

Quite ironically, Gavin and Chloe were eating goldfish cracker snacks!

Sleepy Baby Ty was along for the peaceful stroll!

The daddies scored a few bags of fish food!

So, the older littles went crazy feeding the fish!

Disclaimer: no trout was harmed in the feeding of goldfish crackers!

The fishies literally 'flipped a tail'
when they were tossed some fisha pellets!

Everyone was having a good time together!

With all that fish food,
I'm sure the fishes were loving it too! ;)

Attempting to get up close and personal!

But not too close...before we knew it,
the fishes thrashed splashes right their way!

Until it was time to move onto the next size fisha nursery!

This time, Gavin insisted he stand to feed the fishes!

It was such a chilled Sunday spent together!

But it wasn't over yet...
the real fun was just about to begin!

There was such beauty and we were
certain to frolic in every bit of it!

Playing in the creek certainly brought back memories for this mama! My siblings and our friends often took trips to the water holes growing up in the country! And, I was lucky to have my guy join in the fun!

Along with Uncle Hubbs and Chloe by our sides!

They were quite determined...

Until at last, they found what we were looking for....

Then, it was time to be on our merry way!

After a fun family photo shoot, of course!

A place we would enjoy visiting again!
