My mom is the absolute sweetest! Whenever we head back home to visit family, she always prepares to make me my absolute favorite dessert,Homemade Creamy Chocolate Pudding
(heavenly divine for a chocolate lovers' sweet tooth)
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt in saucepan, gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; blend in butter and vanilla. Pour and serve in adorable little dishes! YUM-O!
