Apple Pickin's

With the busy hustle and bustle of back-to-school, we look forward to a weekend outing to the orchards for some apple picking fun.  

Off to the well-known, Linvilla Orchards!

Gavin to 1st, Rowan to Kindy!

Gavin started 1st grade this year and we were super excited to spend our 2nd year together at WMA.  Kindergarten was so much fun, but now Gavin is on the same floor as I am- just right down the hallway. 

This year was extra special because Rowan started Kindergarten.

Ceej has two more years, but he will be here in no time.  

He loved walking his big sis on her first day of school...

such a great little brother!

The beginning of every school year is so special, we are constantly snapping pictures to capture memories each morning.

He loves coming into my classroom each morning before heading off to his own classroom.

Rowan also visited my classroom on her first day,

So, we could all walk together to her Kindergarten classroom!

And, our final stop to drop Gavin off in Room 12.

Definitely some sweet memories captured the first week that Gavin goes off to 1st grade!

1st Grade

Another year down... my little boy is going off to FIRST grade.  We look forward to another year at Waldron Mercy Academy.  We are so proud of the little man he is becoming.  He is becoming so much like his daddy.  So grown-up and handsome.  He certainly melts my heart!

When I was Gavin's age, I always loved getting my school supplies all set the night before the big 'back-to-school' day.  Same routines continue- only this time I get to help my little guy get all prepared.
