Spring Training

It's that time of year again! T-ball time! With the beautiful sunshine, and toasty warm weather we were able to get lots of practice in just in time for the season to kick off. It is so much fun watching my boys play a little game of baseball while I capture some of their moments...and then, jump in on the fun myself!

My boys got some mad skills!

They got quite the arm,

Catch like a champ,

Bat like it's nobody's business,

Yep, they still got it!

All while looking so darned cute!

I think this is where it's safe to say,
Gavin takes after his mama! ;)

A Year With Frog & Toad

I love my third graders and I couldn't wait to take Michael and Gavin to see them perform on stage in A Year With Frog and Toad! We grabbed a few family pictures before heading out on our family date!

The weather was gorgeous, so we opted to eat dinner on the outdoor patio at the Pub!

And before we knew it, it was time for the show! WMA students are always so very talented and I was impressed as usual!

We ended our family date with a sweet treat at Top This!

A sweet ending to a fabulous Saturday with my boys!

Top This!

We found our new favorite sweet escape- Top This! It is super yummy and the best place to create-your-own-frozen yogurt! It is almost as sweet as my little guy! Hey, I said, almost! ;)

And, it is the perfect place to go when you lock yourself out of your own home, and a cool place to chill while doing some homework! ;)

We've already been to Top This a handful of times. Chances are we'll find our way here on a daily basis in no time!! Happy Spring!

Spring Forward

Spring is in the air, we can feel it! Days like today bring us out and about for some fun in the sun! A little taste of what we have been waiting for...Spring has Sprung!

My little cutie loves the playground as much as I do, and this playground rocks!

He makes walking that rope look so easy breezy,

Climbing dirt mounds which is interesting because my boy is not one to get his hands dirty!

And, really just chill out!

We claimed this playground for the next 8 months!
So much fun calling our names...Happy Spring!

Leprechaun Hunt ♣

One goal moving to the 'burbs was to find new adventures. Low and behold, coming across a Leprechaun Scavenger Hunt was certainly something we've never done before. Thanks to my third graders for sharing this fun family outing, we got to explore the cute little town of Narberth, and hunt for silly, festive leprechauns!! ;)

The perfect pre-St.Pat's Day family outing!

Finding 10 cute leprechauns in a new area isn't exactly the easiest. Thank goodness for this lucky scavenger map, silly leprechauns, and lots of chocolate coins!

It was so much fun exploring this quaint town with the cutest little shops. Lucky for us, it is walking distance away and we're hoping to swing back soon.

Now, we wait for St. Patrick's Day...

Sporting our very best green duds, we will celebrate double this year...besides, Uncle Scott's Birthday is St. Pat's day!
